Q. My nails look chalky at times, what's the deal with that?

A. After applying the acetone, sometime nails will have a chalky look. It happens. Once you get to the end of the application, you'll rub in the Rose Cuticle Oil (Step 5). The chalky look will be gone.

Q. What do I do if the files and buffers dull down?

A. Well, nothing last forever. So while you might be tempted to keep your files and buffers past their prime, don't. They can dull down pretty quick, and once that happens, your job will be whole lot tougher. Especially the removal part. If you don't break the shiny top layer during the removal process, the Remover can't soak in. And if the Remover can't soak in, well, it can't remove.
